If I cannot use FrontPage Navigation, how can I create
graphic navigation? The client wants small buttons to be in a horizontal row below
the
banner, so insert a table in the desired location with 1 row and as
many columns as you have buttons. In the table properties, set the border
as 0, width at some desired percent, and horizontal alignment as center. Say OK to get out
of the table properties. Select your new table, go to Cell Properties and
choose center alignment. After you insert an image in each cell (home button on the
left is recommended), check to make sure each is centered in its cell. On
at a time, select an image and click the Insert Hyperlink button. Choose
the Web page you want to link to. If you don’t want a border around your buttons: Right-click
on each image and go to Picture Properties. Make sure your border is
set at 0. |
