If you have problems accessing Oasis:
  • If you do not know your PIN you must visit the Office of the Registrar with a picture ID to obtain one
  • The IT Helpdesk is available to assist you if you have problems accessing OASIS. Please call 979-230-3266 for assistance. Note that the IT staff can only assist with issues related to the OASIS system operation. All other questions should be directed to the appropriate college department during their posted business hours.
  • Be sure you are using a recent version of Internet Explorer. Version 6 or better
  • Verify that you have disabled any popup blocker installed on your computer
  • Verify that you have disabled any personal firewall that may be active on your computer
  • Update the Java component on your computer.  Updates for Java may be found at the following web site
